WHO WE ARE

Inverness Church of God was established in April, 1960. We became Connection Church of God in July, 2021.
OUR MISSION

Our mission is to connect people to God and Others.
THE BIBLE
-
We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, and the supreme and final authority in doctrine and practice.
THE GODHEAD
-
We believe in One God eternally existing in three equal persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who have the same nature and attributes, but are distinct in office and activity.
SALVATION

We believe that all people are lost in sin, apart from Christ, and are in need of a Savior. We believe that salvation is a gift from God, and is received by man only through personal faith in Jesus Christ.
CREATION AND THE FALL

We believe that all things in heaven and on earth were created by God, and exist by His power, and for His glory. We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that he sinned, bringing death to himself and to his posterity.
